She was previously models on behalf of Double D Ranch, CosmoGirl and Jessica Alba. Garrett is a model at Vision Model Management L.A. She was the female lead in the song video "Cold" produced composed by Crossfade. At the start in her professional career Garrett made appearances in various television programs. This included a pilot, as well as an appearance on Entourage. In Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (the sequel to Fantastic Four), she was Frankie Raye. The spring of 2009 saw her film the film Tron: Legacy, alongside Olivia Wilde. In 2010, Garrett appeared in the Season 6 episode of House, "Remorse", once again alongside Wilde.
